Payment

I accept paypal, check and money order as forms of payment. Checks and money orders must be post marked and sent within one week of sale. Failure to make payment within one week of sale will result in loss of item being purchased as it will be re-posted and once again be available to others to buy.

All of my bags are available for sale using my Etsy online store.

Shipping

I usually only ship within the U.S. and to Canada; however, if you would like an international shipping quote please let me know. I do not charge shipping to those living in Kent, OH and surrounding areas, be sure to message me before making your purchase so that I can remove the shipping cost accordingly. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared to my paypal account. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges! However if you are not satisfied with an item purchased from my shop or feel that is poor quality please let me know and we will work something out.

I will accept or deny custom orders based on my time availability, abilities and resources. I am always open to your ideas and love that I have the ability to incorporate your creativity in the adding of your personality to a desired item.
